BCTC filed with the BC Utilities Commission on 1 April 2005 the Generating Plant and Operational Obligations Agreement (GPOOA) (PDF, 12.4MB) between BCTC and BC Hydro.
BCTC submitted to the BC Utilities Commission on 25 August 2006 sections of the GPOOA for approval as a GPOOA Tariff Supplement (PDF, 9.3MB).
